NEW DELHI: Ever since Faf du Plessis' 'coin flip' gesture during the Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Sunrisers Hyderabad game went viral, fueling the bizarre social media theories of toss-tampering in IPL, the broadcasters on Thursday came up with an unusual move, going full zoom in on the coin during the Mumbai Indians vs Punjab Kings match.
It all started when match referee Javagal Srinath was accused on the internet of changing the outcome of the toss during the Mumbai Indians vs RCB game, favouring the Hardik Pandya-led side.
