The DSPCA has opened a dog-themed charity coffee shop in South Dublin - which is, of course, dog friendly.
The Rathfarnham shop called “The Barking Barista” opened its doors last month with the help of Ruff Cafe. It's located just beside their dog rehoming kennels and the DSPCA perimeter walk, where you can enjoy tea, coffee and snacks on your walk, or you can sit at the picnic tables, relax and enjoy the surrounding views of Dublin Mountains.
The DSPCA said: “We are delighted to announce our new dog friendly Coffee Shop, The Barking Barista. Friday 24th of June is the opening of our brand new Coffee Shop at the DSPCA in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. We are delighted to be working with our partner RUFF CAFE who are going to be based on site serving delicious coffee, bakes, sandwiches and tasty pupcakes for doggie visitors too!
