A heroin -addled sex worker who was desperate for some quick cash held a bread knife to the throat of a terrified pensioner who had regularly paid for her sexual services in the past.
Aggressive serial criminal Charlotte Newton, 25, deliberately went to his home intending to steal from him as she believed that he was a soft target and that he would be less likely to contact the police due to their secret sexual arrangement.
She put the knife "right under" the frightened pensioner's chin and also robbed his friend of money after she went there with two masked men and another woman, Hull Crown Court heard.
