A driver is fighting for their life in hospital following a serious crash in Bolton.
Police were called to Halliwell Road at the junction of Draycott Street in Bolton just after 3am this morning on Saturday, July 8.
Officers say four vehicles were involved in the collision, which happened when one car attempted to turn right out of Draycott Street crashed into another travelling along Halliwell Road.

During the incident, the second car was propelled toward the junction of Worcester Street, while the first car continued to drive and crashed into two parked vehicles. Both were unattended at the time.
The driver of the second vehicle was rushed to hospital with serious and potentially life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the first vehicle, a 33-year-old man, is also in hospital receiving treatment for what are believed to be superficial injuries.
Police are now appealing to anyone who many have witnessed the incident or have dashcam or doorbell footage.
