Does Dreams offer free delivery?
Dreams offer free standard delivery on orders over £100, online and in store. They offer a 6-day delivery service, Monday-Saturday, between 8am and 6pm, though fees apply for Saturday deliveries. You can book your delivery slot when you place your order at checkout. Note that Dreams charge a £38 fee for any deliveries that have to be rescheduled, so make sure you’re in on the day you select!
How long does delivery from Dreams take?
The delivery date of any items from Dreams depends on whether you’ve ordered something that’s in or out of stock. Furniture orders from Dreams are usually delivered within 8-10 weeks. Your furniture will be delivered into your room of choice, fully assembled, and all the packaging will be taken away. Bedding and accessories are delivered by a regular courier service, usually within 5 working days of the order being placed. So if you order a mattress and any soft items like duvets and pillows at the same time, you’ll receive these separately.
Does Dreams offer free returns?
Dreams are not currently offering free returns. You have 14 working days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange, but there will be a collection fee of £38 to pay. All items must be in their original packaging and free of any defects to be accepted for a return.
Does Dreams assemble orders for you?
One of the best things about Dreams is that they will assemble anything you purchase with your Dreams discount codes for you! If you buy one of their beds, they will assemble this in your bedroom on the day of delivery. You just need to clear the path for them and provide measurements of hallways, staircases and doorways. A divan bed should take less than 10 minutes, a regular bed frame about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and more complicated beds such as TV beds may take up to a couple of hours. Dreams will also assemble other bedroom furniture for you as well - further charges do apply, and it may affect your delivery date, but it can save you a lot of time and effort, especially if you’re not a fan of flat pack furniture.
What is the Dreams 100-night guarantee?
The 100-Night Comfort Guarantee gives you the opportunity to swap any mattress you buy with your Dreams UK discount codes. You have a window of 100 days to trial your new mattress, and if it’s not giving you the comfortable sleep you desire, you can exchange it for any other mattress, though you’ll have to pay the difference if you choose one that’s more expensive than your original. If you choose one that costs less, Dreams will refund the difference with Dreams vouchers. They do ask that you give the mattress at least 30 days before you apply for an exchange, and there’s a collection and re-delivery charge of £49 for each exchange.
