On Tuesday, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James teamed with former sharpshooter JJ Redick on the debut episode of a new podcast entitled “Mind the Game.” It has been promoted as the type of podcast that appeals to true basketball junkies.
It is sure to draw a decent following given the legion of fans who absolutely love James and would seemingly take a bullet for him.
James’ friendship with Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green is an unlikely one, given their four battles in the NBA Finals and an additional one in the second round of last year’s playoffs. Yet Green seems to genuinely like and respect the four-time MVP.
However, Green seems a bit miffed that while James started his own podcast, he hasn’t appeared on Green’s “The Draymond Green Show.”

“I must say, I am a little upset that LeBron James is going on a podcast, but he hasn’t been on ‘The Draymond Green Show.’ … I guess I’ll live with it for now. Pick the bone with him that I got to pick with him later,” said Green.
The two may have some time to catch up next month. It is likely the Lakers and Warriors will face each other in the play-in tournament.
