Dramatic footage captures Scottish gang smashing up parked car with weapons

Dramatic doorbell footage has captured the moment three thugs leap out of a white van on a Scottish street and start smashing a parked car.

The incident occurred on Kirkland Park, Fife, on Monday night, June 27, and shows a trio of people getting out of a van which speeds down the street and then grinds to a halt, as the thugs begin smashing it up with weapons.

One of the men, wearing a green shirt, can be seen panning in the rear window of the car while the others smash the opposite side of the vehicle. The yobs then hop back in the van and speed off.

The Record reports that Police Scotland are now probing the incident, with it being understood that the same perpetrators carried out similar attacks on vehicles on the same evening.

One source said: "There's a series of stuff with this. They smashed an entire series of cars in Kirkland Park.

"A few on other streets were attacked as well I believe."

"Seemingly the police are working on this and have this footage as well."

A Police Scotland spokesperson: "On Tuesday, June 28, officers received reports of a number of cars having been vandalised in Kirkland Park, Ballingry. Enquiries are ongoing."
