Drake's Hot Topic Makeover With Pinkchyu Revives Viral 'Bark for Me' Dating Show Clip

Drake and Pinkchyu reunited in the rapper's FOMO short film, which premiered on Tuesday, 15 September 2026.

The sequence follows them through a mall, a Hot Topic makeover and a private Medieval Times performance and recalls their viral August exchange, when Pinkchyu asked Drake to bark on command.

Drake chose Pinkchyu at the end of his 20-v-1 speed-dating segment during an 8 August livestream.

NELK uploaded the programme, titled 20 WOMEN VS DRAKE | 20 V 1, the following day. Pinkchyu, whose real name is Lin Lamar, reached the final stages alongside Lena the Plug and Jordyn Lucas.

Their interaction quickly became the segment's most-shared moment. Drake told Pinkchyu, 'You can look me dead in my eyes, and if you say do anything, I would.' She immediately tested that promise. 'Would you bark for me?' Pinkchyu asked.

Drake complied, barking several times during the stream. Clips of the exchange spread across social media and prompted both mockery and amusement. One Reddit commenter summed up the split reaction neatly, writing, 'One man's whimsy is another man's cringe.'

Drake Gets His Hot Topic Makeover From Pinkchyu

FOMO returns to that pairing rather than treating the dating-show appearance as a one-off. Drake and Pinkchyu walk hand in hand through a mall before entering Hot Topic.

Pinkchyu then gives Drake an emo-inspired makeover. The sequence is accompanied by 'Princess,' a track from Drake's 2026 album MAID OF HONOUR, which was released in May.

The pair later walk through a park at night before attending a private Medieval Times performance. Drake keeps the darker styling for the outing, carrying the makeover through the rest of their sequence.

The appearance connects the new footage to an exchange that had already attracted substantial online attention.

During the dating show, Drake's promise to follow Pinkchyu's instructions led directly to the barking challenge. But that wasn't the only part of the programme to generate follow-up interest.

At the end of the segment, Drake chose Pinkchyu and offered to buy her something. Rather than asking for jewellery or another luxury item, she asked whether he would buy a house for her mother.

'Oh yeah, I'd love to,' Drake replied. Pinkchyu later said Drake intended to honour the offer and that she still needed to find a house she liked. Available reports do not establish that a property purchase has since been completed.

That distinction matters. Drake offered to buy the house, while Pinkchyu later said he planned to follow through. Neither point confirms that a sale took place.

Drake's House Offer Remains Part of Their On-Screen Story

Pinkchyu shared her mother's reaction in a video released after the dating show. She explained that the request came from thinking about what her mother had done for her and her sisters.

Her mother reacted with visible surprise when told about the offer. The moment gave the viral dating-show appearance a more personal follow-up beyond the barking clip.

Pinkchyu has also said she was not a major fan of Drake's music before appearing on the programme. She primarily knew him from his time on Degrassi and said she listened more closely to rock and metal.

Their latest FOMO appearance continues that public, on-screen pairing. It does not establish what Drake and Pinkchyu are to each other privately.

Pinkchyu previously said they had not hooked up after the dating show. She said they had good conversations at an after-party but did not announce a romantic relationship.

The new footage therefore works best as a continuation of the pair's established screen dynamic. It brings Pinkchyu back into Drake's orbit while tying her appearance more directly to his music.

This time, there is no dating-show table and no bark command. Instead, Pinkchyu leads Drake through Hot Topic, changes his look and joins him for the Medieval Times outing as 'Princess' plays over the sequence.
