A company co-founded by Dragons' Den star Steven Bartlett has launched a "first-of-its-kind" recruitment platform.
Flight Story, which has offices in Manchester and London, is behind Flight Talent which has been described as an "exclusive community giving members unique access to online and in-person events, talent consultation and networking opportunities".
It will be led by director of people and talent, Hannah Rolph.

Mr Bartlett said: "Finding skilled and passionate people is difficult, and in this new world, high-quality candidates aren’t on traditional recruitment platforms. At Flight Story, we understand what it takes to make companies thrive in change. This is why we built Flight Talent."
Flight Story said Flight Talent will specialise in hires for professions introduced by the 'digital wave' and will pair businesses with "talent of the right calibre and skill sets to ensure they stay ahead of the curve".
Hannah Rolph added: "Anticipating future hiring needs and matching skills and competencies to roles that are as yet ill-defined, can be hugely challenging for business leaders. This is why we developed Flight Talent.
"Our talent community specialises in marketing, PR and communications, digital, creative and investor relations talent to help businesses align their talent acquisition strategies with the changing needs of an emerging market."
Flight Story chief executive and co-founder Oliver Yonchev said: "The internet is rapidly evolving. In order for businesses to keep up with the pace of change, they need to hire correctly ahead of this growing sector.
"Whilst job posts for roles in certain sectors have increased - such as Web3 and Blockchain - positions in existing functions - such as marketing and creative - are also evolving. Businesses will need to build their talent pipeline so that it consistently produces high-quality candidates, equipped to fulfil changing business needs.
