Colourboxx Festival has Drag Race UK royalty Lawrence Chaney, The Vivienne and Tia Kofi will be joining the line-up for its inaugural event this June.
After rising to the top as the first Scottish champion, Lawrence has had an incredible year sine winning the show.
Lawrence, from Helensburgh, also recently beat David Tennant, Martin Compston, and others to win the Audience Award at the 2021 Scottish Baftas, as well as becoming “Fairy Godmaw” for Irn Bru’s legendary Christmas campaign.
UK Drag Race series one winner The Vivienne, now an international star with her own BBC Three show 'The Vivienne Takes On Hollywood', and a recent cameo in the critically acclaimed BBC drama ‘This Is Going To Hurt’ will join Lawrence at the fest.
And second series favourite the highly energised Tia Kofi, is also joining the line-up following residencies at London’s most iconic LGBTQIA+ clubs, running her own theatre group.
The three UK Queens will join others as well as live acts, DJs, cabaret performances for Colourboxx Festival at Bellahouston Park on June 25.
Platinum-selling Years & Years, fronted by Olly Alexander headline, alongside Brit Award winning and chart dominating Becky Hill and Scottish soul-pop sensation Joesef.
British pop group Sugababes also feature as Special Guests.
Other on the line up include Japanese-born British alternative pop superstar Rina Sawayama , DJ Icon and reigning Queen supreme over international nightlife Jodie Harsh ; UK drag royalty Bimini ; Broadway and West End star Marisha Wallace ; award winning producer, DJ and activist Taahliah ; rising Glaswegian pop duo HYYTS ; L Devine who is quickly establishing herself as one of the brightest emerging songwriter talents in the world right now.
And clubs on the line up include Shoot Your Shot, Pretty Ugly, Obsession, and Push It.
There's performances from July Jones, Walt Disco, Lucia & The Best Boys, LVRA, LYRA , and Berry Galazka with more to be announced.
Tickets are on sale now via colourboxx.com, with fans having the option to donate to Colourboxx partners LGBT Youth & TIE (Time for Inclusive Education) while purchasing a ticket.
