It is a series that has taken the world by storm and thankfully Dr Pimple Popper is showing no signs of being squeezed from production any time soon.
In fact, it's quite the opposite as the "pops keep getting bigger" with more cutting, slicing, popping and oozing set for our screens.
That's the promise from the show's star Dr Sandra Lee who told Mirror Online there are still "lots of people to be popped" and huge "elements of surprise" for fans to watch out for as they continue to enjoy the ninth series.
The TLC favourite certainly isn't for the faint hearted as people with all kinds of ailments, from huge cysts to strange growths, plead with Dr Lee to help get their appearance under control and bring back their confidence.
The popular dermatologist described how the show has had to deal with really big issues which have been "the size of a basketball or a football growth".
But while some scenes are enough to make even the strongest of stomachs turn, Dr Lee admits "bigger is not always better" with the finds.
"Sometimes the smaller ones are the most amazing because they come out very easily," she revealed. "But, they're kind of shocking in their own way. So bigger is not always better."
The internet sensation admitted the worst scenario in the operating room for her would see a patient's pus spurt up at her but said "that's why I wear a splash mask".
"I wouldn't want it to go anywhere I wouldn't want it to go," she chuckled.
However, she did confess that her job of over 20 years has seen her unable to handle raw chicken at home.
"I can't touch raw chicken with my hands. Like, I have to wear a glove," she confessed. "[It's] too much like what I do at work."
While the show is known and loved for its eye-wincing scenes, Dr Lee is proud of the educational aspect on offer to viewers and the life-changing moments she is able to carry out.
Coming from a family of dermatologists, the informative offering is something she grew up around and knew would be a huge selling point for the show.
She continued: "I think people are interested in more education. We probably go more into medical dermatology and you'll see why it is such a specialty that requires a lot of knowledge about a lot of different diagnoses and there's so many different diagnoses in dermatology and how it is pretty complicated.
"People might think it's very basic or simple, but there's a lot of things involved and the skin really is the armour that we wear and a lot of times a lot of internal, like other medical conditions that might be more internal with other organ systems can really manifest in the skin and so you know, there's ways that we can diagnose things just by looking at a difference in your nail, or the way your hair grows, or, you know, or like a bump that you might think is just in your skin might be might signify something else going on.
"So I think it's just really an interesting it's a fascinating specialty."
And when Dr Lee was asked why people actually choose to go on the show, she said: "You know, the patients they feel we're obviously doing something that makes people feel good for others; that they're getting something done and their life is changing before their eyes and also. It's sort of satisfying to people."
While all this is evident, the medical expert also knows a lot of people "enjoy being grossed out" in the comfort of her own home and "can't look away" from such "gory" content.
And she confessed that despite the show's huge popularity and public offering, it's vital she doesn't let down other professionals in the industry - or those she is helping in front of the camera.
