Dr Pimple Popper's most satisfying and shocking emergencies - cysts, blackheads and lipomas

Most of us enjoy watching the sweet relief of a pimple being popped, and those of us that do will be familiar with the fantastic work of Dr Pimple Popper.

The beloved series, which airs on TLC, sees Dr Sandra Lee, an American dermatologist and YouTuber based in Upland, California, tackle some of the biggest and most painful spots, lipomas and cysts out there.

The doctor is known is known for her online videos and of course the TV series, with many snippets of her show ending up on YouTube and Facebook for masses of people to see.

But what are some of the most shocking (and satisfying) Dr Pimple Popper moments? Well, look no further as Mirror US have rounded up some of the best...

The Perfect Pop

The man's shoulder had a huge cyst that was popped by the skilled doctor (TLC)

In a video shared on the TLC YouTube channel in January 2023, Dr Sandra Lee can be seen treating Luis, a patient who has a lump on his shoulder.

After diagnosing him with a lipoma, the skilled dermatologist explained how she felt a bit "giddy" with the anticipation of his lipoma having the potential for a "really good pop".

Opening up the lipoma, a thick yellow substance emerged as the doctor squeezed and push the sides of the mound together.

She then squeezed harder and the entire lipoma popped out before she stitched up the hole and sent Luis on his way.

Two Noses

A limo driver enlisted the help of Dr Sandra Lee for his "two noses" (tlc)

Dr Sandra Lee spotted her limousine driver, David, had a "severe rhinophyma growth" on his nose, with the caring doctor desperately wanting to help him.

The condition made the driver appear to have "two noses", but the skilled doctor soon used her special tools to "de-bulk" the thick skin around David's nose and reveal a slimmer more "normal-looking" nose.

During the procedure, Dr Sandra Lee had to surgically "melt" and carve skin away using electricity and heat in the form of a tool called an electrocautery, all before revealing his new nose and new look.

Talkative Lipoma

Getting rid of a huge lump on Leta's leg, Dr Lee was even serenaded by her patient (youtube/dr pimple popper)

Leta from California said that she was walking into Dr Lee's office "dysfunctional" because of the lump on her leg, which was later referred to as a "talkative lipoma".

The lady explained how she had the lump for so long, with her branding the experience an "emotional rollercoaster" before getting her lipoma cut out.

As Dr Lee started to remove the lipoma, she thought could hear the lipoma being rather loud, leading to her branding it "talkative", with the show stating that "cysts do have a tendency to 'poot' at her".

The patient then serenaded Dr Lee as a way to relax during the surgery while she was lying flat on her stomach.

Leta's lipoma was soon removed and she could move on and plan her wedding, with her saying she would rather the scar she has now than the lump she had before that she tapped flat when she wore certain clothes.

Snake Charmer Pilar Cyst

A video posted on the Dr Sandra Lee's personal YouTube channel in 2020 shows a "pilar cyst" getting popped in a super satisfying clip.

Zooming in on a lady's scalp, the video shows a large lump on the top of a head being cut open before a long piece of yellow good was pulled out.

With around 730,000 views, fans went wild over how satisfying the pop was, as well as how polite and sweet the patient was.

"Great pop and clean cyst wall removal," penned one fan in the comments.

While another said: "That was one of the fastest and cleanest pulls I have ever seen on your show."

And a third added: "Even though it's gross, I still can't stop watching."

85-Year-Old Blackhead

On Dr Lee's YouTube channel she popped out a huge blackhead (youtube/dr pimple popper)

One of Dr Lee's most-watched videos is this giant blackhead removal on a patient who was 85 years of age at the time.

Attending the surgery with her daughter, Dr Lee removed the tough blackhead with ease and professionalism as always.

Tweezering the large blackhead out of the crater-esque hole, Dr Lee left fans feeling extremely satisfied with her pop.

With almost 77 million views, fans went wild for the blackhead video, with one writing: "This was delightful. Your patient and her daughter seemed very nice."

"It’s so strange what our bodies come up with! Dr Lee is amazing but this woman is even more amazing," added a second.

While a third added: "These are my favourite kind of pop/extract vids. I love when it comes out I'm one piece instead of it squeezing out in a string or something."

Large Cyst on the Back

Dr Lee always leaves her fans going wild over how satisfying her pimple popping videos are (youtube/dr pimple popper)

In 2016 the famous doctor removed an epidermoid cyst, which is "a non-cancerous growth commonly found on the skin of the face or neck, but can occur anywhere on the body".

Dr Lee successfully removed a large brown-coloured cyst from a Chicago tourist who arrived at the surgery in California via train.

"Love watching her perform surgery. She makes it look so simple," penned one fan in the comments on the YouTube vide.

While a second gushed: "Man I had no idea they got stuff out that dark!!! It's amazing what the body produces."

And a third wrote: "I love how every cyst is different, that's why it would be so fun to be Dr. Lee, it's like opening a new Christmas present everyday."
