The 32 year old star, best known for Lady Sybil Crawley in the ITV period drama series, surprised fans as she was seen holding her baby bump at the closing ceremony of the Venice Film Festival.

Jessica oozed glamour on the red carpet in a strapless fringed black dress as she cradled her bump in a pair of black leather gloves.
