Downton Abbey actress Jessica Brown Findlay is expecting her first child with husband Ziggy Heath.
The 32 year old star, best known for Lady Sybil Crawley in the ITV period drama series, surprised fans as she was seen holding her baby bump at the closing ceremony of the Venice Film Festival.
Jessica oozed glamour on the red carpet in a strapless fringed black dress as she cradled her bump in a pair of black leather gloves.
Adding a pop of colour with crimson red lipstick and sparkle with her diamond necklace, she looked happier than ever as she posed for photos on the red carpet.
It come after she previously revealed earlier this year that she was undergoing IVF treatment with her husband of two years.
Taking to her Instagram account, the star shared a video of her applying hormone injections to her 35,300 followers - giving her thoughts on the process in the caption.
"Happy International Women’s day!" Jessica began.
"We do hard things and then go dancing x."
In the sped-up clip, Jessica wore a vintage patterned co-ord as she injected hormones into her midriff, which typically increase the number of eggs produced by the ovaries.
"IVF has made me even more aware of just how much women are capable of and what we can achieve whilst going through pain and heart break," she continued in the candid caption.
"Your body is not the enemy. Love it. No matter what."
The Lady Sybil Crawley actress thoughtfully added: "Sending love and support to every woman I have ever met and all the ones I haven’t but know what this is.
"I throughly [sic] recommend doing it all in Vintage Clothing.
"Love. Love. Love."
Hundreds rushed to comment on the Jessica's insightful post on Tuesday, with one fan writing: "Jess, you are a gem. It is a real taboo and not talked about enough. Much love and luck to you."
Another also praised the star for her honesty, commenting: "Thank you for showing this! I wish you all the luck and happiness going forward! You are tougher than anything life will throw at you."
