Dow Surges Over 200 Points; BJ's Wholesale Posts Upbeat Q3 Earnings

U.S. stocks traded higher this morning, with the Dow Jones index gaining more than 200 points on Friday.

Following the market opening Friday, the Dow traded up 0.48% to 45,973.42 while the NASDAQ gained 0.56% to 22,201.01. The S&P 500 also rose, gaining, 0.56% to 6,575.43.
