Harvey Weinstein will spend 15 years in prison for a sex crime committed nearly two decades ago, a term that, given his age and failing health, could keep the film producer behind bars for the rest of his life.
Weinstein, 74, was sentenced on Wednesday, 23 September, at the Manhattan Supreme Court for the first-degree criminal sexual act he was convicted of committing against former production assistant Miriam Haley.
