A day after Alex de Minaur crashed out of Wimbledon and turned his attention to his imminent wedding, Australian tennis has climbed off the grassy canvas.

Marc Polmans and Storm Hunter have played their way into the mixed doubles final, while Thanasi Kokkinakis and his American partner are into a men's doubles semi-final.

Polmans and Hunter beat east European pairing Mate Pavic and Fanny Stollar 7-6 (7-5) 6-3 on Tuesday (Wednesday AEST).
