A double garage in Edinburgh that was put up for sale at offers over £185,000 has been sold.
The site between the city centre and the west end was described as being 'well positioned' in a 'well sought after' area.
A sales brochure said it could easily be converted to a single unit providing even more storage space for its owner.
The spot was marketed through estate agents Savills who have updated their website telling prospective buyers it had been snapped up.
The total space available at the Lynedoch Place Lane site is 337 sq ft.
Figures last year revealed the average house price in Edinburgh sits at £293,406 while the average price for Scotland was said to be £183,000.
The official sales brochure said: "The garage presents the opportunity to be converted into one larger unit."
Ben Fox, a property agent with Savills, said: "This is a secure and spacious double garage in the West End that would be ideal for parking or storage."
