Dot to Dot Festival 2023: Everything you need to know about line-ups, venues and festival app

Bristol's biggest multi-venue music festival is back for the May Bank Holiday weekend. Dot To Dot Festival is taking over some of the best music venues in the city with one of its biggest line-ups to date.

The event, which comes to Bristol on Saturday (May 27) and heads to Nottingham on Sunday, is best known for bringing some of the leading rising stars of the music world onto the stage since it first started in 2005.

This year, Dot to Dot Festival has partnered with ibis for both the Bristol and Nottingham events. Ibis Bristol Centre offers rooms from £52 and is located in the heart of Bristol near Millennium Square, ideally suited for the festival’s venues around the city centre.

In 2023 the festival will continue its tradition of spotlighting the very best emerging talent in the UK. Leeds post-punk band Yard Act has been selected as next year's headliners on Saturday, May 27, who have met success this year with their Mercury Award-nominated debut record The Overload.

Also top of the bill is Toronto-based indie outfit Alvvays and The Murder Capital, joined by Finn Foxell, Kofi Stone, Yune Pinku and Hamish Hawk. Bristol's Ishmael Ensemble will be closing the night with a DJ set on Thekla with more live acts and DJs playing at The Lanes until 3am.
