A Dorset law firm has been named an "outstanding" place to work by employee engagement specialist Best Companies. Frettens, which has offices in Christchurch and Ringwood, achieved the accolade after staff at the company took part in an anonymous survey.
The firm has gained its highest ever score, it said, achieving the outstanding accreditation - the second-highest grading.
“To be recognised as a leading employer is excellent, however it is not the reason for doing it," said managing partner Matthew Fretten. “We want to be the best law firm to work at in the area, and the best way to find out how we can get there is by asking the team."
