Doral's Colombians Are Raising Thousands for Earthquake Relief. Some Can't Legally Go Deliver It Themselves

Inside a Doral warehouse this week, volunteers are stacking donated diapers, tents, and first-aid kits by the boxful. Some of the hands packing those boxes belong to people who cannot follow the aid to where it's going.
