During his testimony, Jeffrey McConney revealed that the majority of assets associated with Donald Trump are held within their own entity. However, it was clarified that all these entities and assets are ultimately owned by the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, with Trump being the beneficiary of this trust.
Notably, Donald Trump Jr. and Allen Weisselberg, the CFO of Trump Org., were identified as the trustees of this trust. McConney further explained that the trust was established in April 2014, although it was not utilized in the years 2014 and 2015.
