Donald Trump Jr. Visits Greenland Amid Ownership Controversy

Donald Trump Jr. is set to visit Greenland for a day trip to shoot video content for podcasting. The visit comes in the wake of renewed suggestions by President-elect Donald Trump about the U.S. potentially taking control of the Danish territory. Trump Jr. will not be meeting with any government officials or political figures during his private visit.

Greenland, an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark, has not received any inquiries about a meeting with the Greenland government regarding Trump Jr.'s visit. The island's prime minister, Múte B. Egede, has not commented on the visit.
