Everton defender Conor Coady believes striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has attributes which he "doesn't know" how to be dealt with.
The 25-year-old marked his return from injury with a goal as he fired past Vicente Guiata to open the scoring in the Blues 3-0 win over Crystal Palace.
Calvert-Lewin scored the goal against Palace which kept Everton in the Premier League and he proved to be a thorn in Patrick Vieira's side once again on Saturday. Anthony Gordon and Dwight McNeil also got on the scoresheet in the win.
Coady, who is on-loan from Wolves, lauded the forward and hailed the striker's attributes which can be problematic for Premier League defenders.
He told talkSPORT : "Huge, I think everybody knows [how important he is] not just me but to Everton Football Club. What he's done over the years, the goals he's scored, I've been lucky to play with him before he come to Everton at England, I've played against him and his leap - as a defender, I don't know how you deal with it.
"The way he puts himself about, how much of a handful he is, so it's so, so tough to deal with as a defender. We know how much he brings to the football club, we seen it at the weekend, we know how much he'll bring moving forward and what he will bring to us moving forward as well.
"His goal on the weekend, we all gave him a big hug at the weekend because of what it meant to us but we seen how much it meant to him as well because the goal was outstanding but showed everything he was about; pace, power, winning the ball back - which people probably don't notice.."
Coady also discussed the delight amongst the squad to see Calvert-Lewin make a goalscoring return after a spate of frustrating injuries.
He added: "Everyone knows what he's about, everyone knows what sort of player he is, what type of person he is and what he can bring to Everton Football Club.
"He's a fantastic footballer, brilliant person Dom as well and what he brings to the dressing room, the character he brings as well, it's really really good. Since Neal's [Maupay] come into the club, he's been fantastic but I think Dom coming back into the team, getting his goal which is massive for any striker, we all know that, we know they feed off goals, that's all they want to do is score goals.
"His goal was fantastic but I think his all round play - I mean for me as a centre-half, to just drop it to him, it's a lovely thing to have because you find yourself under pressure when you're playing against strikers who want to press, when you can drop it in to him, it's a really good feeling.
"A fantastic person but we were all so happy for him because he's been through a real tough time with his injuries so to see him back and firing was really, really good."
