Former NSW arts minister Don Harwin has resigned from the NSW Parliament just a year before the minority Perrottet government goes to the polls.
President of the Legislative Council Matthew Ryan Mason Cox told parliament on Wednesday Mr Harwin had handed his resignation to Governor Margaret Beazley.
