Don Gilet has entered the world of Death In Paradise as the new DI (Lou Denim/PA) - (PA Media)

Actor Don Gilet can be seen investigating a murder as the new detective inspector of Saint Marie in the first trailer for Death In Paradise series 14.

The 58-year-old, known for his role as the villainous Lucas Johnson in the soap EastEnders as well as starring in Sherwood, was first seen in the role during a Christmas special.
