Popular pizza store Domino’s is paying tribute to former staff member Lucy Bronze ahead of this weekend's Euro 2022 final clash between England and Germany. The star is being honoured with her very own store in Headingly, Leeds, which will be renamed Lucy's for the remainder of the tournament.
The England star, who scored a magnificent header in the 4-0 semi-final triumph over Sweden, worked at the Headingly store during her days as a student at Leeds Metropolitan University. To celebrate the success of the Lionesses in reaching Sunday's final, Domino’s is giving away a free pizza to any customers named Lucy who collect their food from the Headingly outlet on Sunday.
And in another tribute to their former colleague, some specially selected Headingly delivery drivers will be honouring Lucy Bronze by donning bronze helmets in the lead up to the final.
