Elon Musk is reportedly being advised by Dominic Cummings to target Sir Keir Starmer online and attempt to undermine the prime minister.

Cummings, a key figure behind the Vote Leave campaign and a former adviser to Boris Johnson during the Covid-19 pandemic, is said to have formed a new alliance with Musk, according to reports in the Mail.
