With the end of rookie minicamp coming on Monday, the Miami Dolphins are looking forward to their organized team activities which will begin on May 22.
Monday morning, the Dolphins signed XFL defensive back Bryce Thompson from the Seattle Sea Dragons, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
Thomspon, 23, spent his collegiate career with Tennessee before going undrafted in 2021. He signed with the New Orleans Saints as a rookie, spending parts of both 2021 and 2022 with the team.
Following his release in November, he signed with the Sea Dragons. He appeared in 10 games, recording 34 tackles, two interceptions and a half-sack.
Miami is always looking to add more depth in the backend of their defense, especially after they watched so many players go down with injuries last season.
