The Miami Dolphins will take on the New England Patriots for the second time this season on Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium.

Ahead of the game, Miami has ruled out safety Jevon Holland and River Cracraft.

Holland was placed in concussion protocol following last week’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He came back into the game, but he reported symptoms the day after.

Without Holland, Miami will likely use Brandon Jones and DeShon Elliott as the main safety pair, and cornerback Nik Needham can help in a depth role as well.

Cracraft remains on injured reserve with a shoulder injury. He still has plenty of time to be activated before his 21-day practice window ends.
