A Tennessee judge has granted a temporary restraining order against Dolly Parton's nephew Bryan Seaver and his private security company. The order followed allegations of threats, intimidation and demands for payment made in court filings. Seaver has denied threatening anyone and said some of the disputed messages were taken out of context.
Davidson County Chancellor I'Ashea L. Myles issued the order on 23 September, one day after She's Alive LLC filed its complaint. The company is run by Parton's longtime manager Danny Nozell and manages and protects Parton's professional property and business interests.
