Dollar Weakness Boosts Sugar Prices

October NY world sugar #11 (SBV25) today is up +0.13 (+0.80%), and October London ICE white sugar #5 (SWV25) is up +2.60 (+0.54%).

Sugar prices are climbing as today's plunge in the dollar index (DXY00) to a 3.5-week low has spurred short covering in sugar futures.
