Doi Kham has recently launched a new product, Mornberry jam, in celebration of the 90th birthday of HM Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. However, only a limited quantity is available.
The limited edition product brings out the floral sweetness of damask rose, one of the Queen Mother's favourite flowers, hailed for its captivating fragrance.
The jam is made from strawberry "Pharachatan 80" species that was developed by the Royal Project Foundation under the guidance of King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great. Its luscious texture is a perfect mixture between the fruit's unique sweetness and the distinctive aroma of the roses.
All proceeds from sales of the Mornberry jam will be presented to the Queen Sirikit Fund of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Foundation.
In addition, the brand is releasing new products in the ready to cook category namely gaeng som and tom yum concentrate, both of which are made from well-chosen herbs and natural ingredients to offer the same taste as the original recipes, without artificial flavour and colour.
Also introduced in the category are spaghetti sauce made from high-quality tomatoes using Doi Kham's secret recipe and pizza spread, which can go well with bread, sandwiches, burgers and French fries. Mornberry jam and the other new products are available at all Doi Kham shops.
