The Western Bulldogs have lost Eleanor Brown and Gemma Lagioia for their AFLW elimination final against Collingwood at Victoria Park.

Brown has a neck injury and Lagioia is out because of health and safety protocols.

Rylie Wilcox and Keely Coyne will take their places in Sunday's lineup.

Bulldogs coach Nathan Burke said on Friday they had delayed naming their team because of injury and illness concerns.

Normally the lineup is confirmed midweek, but this time it was not locked in until after Friday's training run.

Burke added the nine-day break between the Bulldogs' round-10 win over Carlton and the elimination final had been "a godsend".

"We have a few girls who are a little bit crook - colds and flus, things like that," he said.

"We've had some stress fractures - hot spots - over the last couple of weeks. They've all been taken care of, they need to get through training."

The Magpies have made three unforced changes, regaining star midfielder Ruby Schleicher for her 50th game after she missed round 10 because of a hip injury.

Alison Downie and Abbi Moloney will also return, as the Magpies drop Emily Smith, Alana Porter and Jordan Membrey.
