A heartbroken dog owner whose pet escaped doggie day care only to be killed, wants strict home boarding regulations introduced in Northern Ireland.
Matthew Norwood’s Yorkshire Terrier, Bobby, was fatally injured on a dual carriageway while he had a search party out looking for him.
