A dog was rescued from the River Lagan in Belfast on Thursday night after not being able to return to the shore.
Lagan Search and Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene shortly after 9.30pm, close to the Titanic Building on the outskirts of the city centre.
In a post on social media, a spokesperson for LSAR said they had a "boat full of smiles" on their callout after rescuing the dog.

They said: "Boat full of smiles on tonight’s callout after we rescued this casualty. She entered the water and unfortunately was unable to self-recover to the Quayside.
"On arrival and after a bit of reassurance, she happily jumped on to our lifeboat and got lots of cuddles from the crew. She is now perfectly fine and back with her owners."
The team shared some photos on social media following the rescue, showing the team bringing the pup back on to dry land.
Volunteers from Lagan Search and Rescue provide emergency response for the River Lagan and Belfast Harbour areas 24 hours a day.
