Speculation around missing Nicola Bulley's spaniel has been rife as police continue the search for the mum-of-two who disappeared January 27.
The 45-year-old was last seen walking her dog Willow on a footpath near the River Wyre in St Michael's, Lancashire, with the pet 'bone dry' and running between the gate to a nearby field and the bench where Nicola's phone was found.
The dog was also found without a harness or lead - with both items found near to or on the bench - with Nicola's phone.
