Physician Frita McRae Fisher delved into Donald Trump's cognitive health in an 18 September 2026 appearance on The Don Lemon Show in Washington, D.C., saying she would consider dementia testing when assessing someone showing behaviours she associated with the president.

Trump's latest public medical assessment points in the other direction as he underwent an annual examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on 26 May 2026.
