Doc Martin's beautiful Cornish cottage that doubles up as Martin Clunes' character's surgery is on the market for £1.25million.
Super fans could live in the grade II listed double-fronted fisherman's cottage that featured in the hit ITV series.
Fern Cottage is nestled on Roscarrock Hill above Port Isaac harbour and has been used to film the show for 18 years.
But now the show's producers are working on the final series, the owners of the modest two-bed are looking to sell.
The owners currently use the building as a holiday let and charge £355 a night.
The stone cottage is a well known sight for locals and tourists who pass it on Port Isaac's popular Doc Martin walking tour.
Nearby, there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants - including two Nathan Outlaw eateries.
The pretty village boasts traditional cottages that hug the harbour as well as more modern homes.
“It is a bit of a love affair for those that buy here, but tolerating tricky access, quirky parking arrangements, low ceilings and narrow doorways are all part of the charm of this wonderful village and its active community,” says Jo Ashby, a director at John Bray who are selling the property.
“The enduring appeal means we have seen groundbreaking values achieved over the last year.” The average property price is £662,980, up 30 per cent since 2019, according to the property portal Rightmove.
Downstairs in the pretty home, there is a small living room with a traditional stone fireplace.
The room is framed by beamed ceiling and a slate flagged floor.
In the dining room there's a log-burner that has been fitted with a modern gallery kitchen.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom and it has space for two parked cars.
Port Isaac has become a popular filming spot and has hosted crews for Poldark, Fisherman's Friends, Saving Grace, The Shell Seekers and Amy Foster.
The village is in an area of outstanding beautify with the South West Coast Path running through it.
Martin Brook, known as the “real Doc Martin” to locals as he was the inspiration for the character, is also selling his home, Iona, in Rock, just along the north Cornwall coast.

“I really don’t think I’m much like Doc Martin — the character changed fairly radically from concept to finish.
"Lots of people know there’s a connection and it’s become a bit of a myth that we are interchangeable,” says Brook, a retired paediatrician who moved to the area from London 30 years ago.
