Los Angeles [US]: With an aim to automatically practice rinsing, brushing, and flossing teeth, a multidisciplinary team from University of Pennsylvania invented a shapeshifting robotic microswarm device.
It offers a new and automated way to perform the mundane tasks of brushing and flossing which are critical. The study also suggested that this system could be particularly valuable for those who lack to clean their teeth effectively themselves.
