An update has been released following the death of a DJ at Pontins last month.
North West Ambulance Service was called to Pontins in Ainsdale following reports that a woman was found unconscious in a room at the holiday park at 7.05am on Friday, May 6. Merseyside Police confirmed that they died in hospital later that morning.
The woman was later named by their dad in an emotional tribute and was formally named Ellen Percival, a 33-year-old DJ from Bristol. Ellen, also known as DJ Mooncup, was described as a "force of nature" by dad Martin Percival.
