Jose Enrique believes Divock Origi could sign for Newcastle United this summer but has warned he could tarnish his Liverpool legacy. The Belgian striker has not been a regular starter for Jurgen Klopp's side through the years but has scored important goals during his stint at Anfield.
The former Magpies left-back believes Origi is "good enough" to stay in the Premier League but believes he could end up in Serie A with AC Milan or Inter Milan. However, Enrique has also recognised Newcastle could be a destination for the 27-year-old as a result of their recent takeover.
Eddie Howe's side have been linked with a number of high profile stars since the takeover went through and Origi is the latest. The Liverpool striker's contract is up in the summer and he's expected to leave Anfield.
