‘Distressed’ police officer sacked for driving without insurance after row over young son

A police officer who drove on a provisional licence after a row with his ex-partner has been sacked for “a moment of poor judgement”.

PC Sebastian Ziolkowski, 36, “didn’t want to let his son down” having forgotten to put books in his bag for class following a sleepover.
