Disney rolls out weekday ticket offer for Floridians

ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida residents can now get two days of theme parking at Walt Disney World for $175. The Disney Weekday Magic Ticket is now on sale.

A two-day ticket is valid Monday through Friday through April 27. The offer includes three-day versions for $195 and four-day options for $215. These deals are for one park per day, although there’s a Park Hopper add-on for $40 per ticket.

Date-specific theme park reservations are also required for entry. The tickets can be used on nonconsecutive days. There are three patches of block-out dates in March and April.

The window of this offer includes the Epcot International Festival of the Arts, which begins Friday, and the official conclusion of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration, which wraps up its 18-month run March 31. April 3 will mark the return of “Happily Ever After” and “Epcot Today” nighttime spectaculars, and Tron Lightcycle Run opens to the public at Magic Kingdom on April 4. In addition, the final day of operation for Magic Kingdom’s Splash Mountain is set for Jan. 22.

Disney typically offers a Florida resident deal in the early weeks of the year. Last year, the Disney Weekday Magic Ticket sold for $149 for two days.
