Disney cruise deals don’t come around often, but occasionally the cruise line will discount certain stateroom categories on upcoming sailings or offer special promotions. During the holiday season and into the new year, Disney Cruise Line has typically run a promotion to drive new bookings.
As 2025 nears, the top family cruise line is bringing back a special offer that may help add some extra magic to the holiday season for some families. While this particular offer is not a discount, it does make it easier for families to start planning their next, or their first, Disney cruise.

Disney cruises eligible for the cruise line’s annual offer include Caribbean getaways, Alaska adventures, European voyages, and more. Sailings on the cruise line’s new ship, the Disney Treasure, are included, as well as itineraries on the Disney Destiny, which launches from Fort Lauderdale in November 2025.
If you’re looking for a last-minute Disney cruise deal, you’ll want to take note too. The cruise line is also offering opportunities to save on select sailings within the next three months.

Disney Cruise Line is letting passengers pay less to reserve their cruises
For a limited time, Disney Cruise Line is slashing its required deposit in half for certain cruises sailing during summer dates and beyond. Passengers booking select cruise itineraries can pay 50% of the required deposit at the time of booking. Disney Cruise Line typically requires a deposit of 20% of the cruise fare to secure your reservation, so this special offer reduces the required cruise down payment to 10% of the cruise fare.
The offer is valid for new bookings only on select sailings booked now through March 14, 2025. This allows passengers to pay less upfront, and the remaining balance will be due at the time of final payment.

Families can take advantage of the offer to book select cruises sailing between June 16, 2025, and May 31, 2026, that do not require final payment at the time of booking. The offer is not valid on Disney Destiny sailings departing Nov. 20, 2025, through Dec. 3, 2025, or for any sailings on the Disney Adventure.
The promotion is not valid on certain stateroom categories with restrictions, suites or concierge-level staterooms. It also cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, except the cruise line’s Onboard Placeholder Offer, which allows passengers on board its ships to make a placeholder reservation for a future cruise and get 10% off prevailing rates.
Disney cruise discounts of up to 20% are available on select sailings
Right now, Disney Cruise Line is also offering cruise fare discounts of up to 20% for certain stateroom categories on select itineraries sailing from December through February. Most of the discounted rates currently available are valid on guaranteed verandah staterooms.
The discounted Disney cruise fares are currently available on select sailings from Galveston, Port Canaveral, Fort Lauderdale, Sydney and Honolulu. Full payment is required at booking for these cruises.
The cruise line also offers special savings for Florida residents on select sailings from Port Canaveral and Fort Lauderdale. Florida residents can get discounts of up to 20 percent on select sailings when available.
