The Walt Disney Company has teamed up with Epic Games to collaborate on all-new games and an 'entertainment universe' for Fortnite. With the intention to expand the reach of beloved Disney characters, stories, and experiences, this could be an opportunity for Fortnite to implement even more iconic characters into its roster.
Many features are expected to come to Fortnite to create a more immersive experience as a result. Examples provided within the announcement include places to "watch, shop, and engage with content, characters, and stories from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Avatar, and more."
