Dishonesty charges dropped against childcare executive

Prosecutors have dropped charges against former childcare boss Jennifer Hutson years after the corporate regulator accused her of misleading behaviour during a business takeover.

A Gold Coast business owner accused of giving misleading evidence related to the takeover bid also had all charges against him dropped.
