Disgusted neighbours have been forced to flee from 'puddles of poo' after they appeared in their gardens.

Tenants of Rainbow View blame incomplete construction work by builders for their 'horrendous' living conditions.

They say they fled their new flats in Devon after 'puddles of excrement' appeared in their gardens and inside their homes - with 'poo coming out of the shower'.
