Several diners at a UK branch of McDonald's have been left "disgusted" at the customer service and quality of food served at the restaurant, with some vowing never to return.
The angry customers have taken to TripAdvisor to slam the McDonald's in Kingswinford, near Dudley, with 78 of the 127 reviews awarding just one star out of five.
The branch - which some customers have branded the "worst" McDonald's they have ever been to - has an overall rating of just two stars and, among the disgruntled comments, people have complained about "terrible" food and "non-existent" customer service.
