Disgusted ASDA shoppers switch to Marks and Spencer after spotting price of own-brand butter

Supermarket giant ASDA is popular with many shoppers for its own-brand products. With so many of us trying to keep shopping costs as low as possible to cope with the cost of living crisis, ASDA is a go-to for countless Brits.

ASDA's Just Essentials and own-brand ranges are particularly popular thanks to their low prices. However, recently shoppers have noticed things increasing in price, and they're not happy.

On social media, some shoppers were disgusted to find the price of ASDA's own-brand blocks of salted and unsalted butter. On the Scrimping on a Budget Facebook page, Yadda Yay shared a picture of the blocks of butter, which now cost £2.15 each.
