A disabled woman died after falling from her sling as she was taken from her wheelchair to an afternoon nap at a care home during lockdown.
Lyn Parker, 64, lay on the floor moaning in pain for more than an hour and a half after being dropped by care home workers days before she died, an inquest has heard.
